Under the watchful eye of the Garden's Curator, they hand pick extraordinary botanicals and then expertly distil them individually before their Master Distiller, Will Lowe, blends them together. Packed with the same stuff that makes their Alcoholic Lemon Brew but in Gin form

This has a Spicy Forefront which is mellowed by notes of Pear and Caramel

Fresh Lemon Zest notes boost the Citrus

Finally once this has all been mixed it is rested for a minimum of three years in American Oak Barrels
